Central bank governor Boštjan Jazbec and Finance Minister Dušan Mramor will also be on hand.

The IMF delegation, which started the visit on 16 March, held talks at the central bank, the Finance Ministry and other ministries as part of the mission.

Talks revolved around the role of the state in the economy, and the reasons for slow crediting and investments.

The economic situation in Slovenia has improved over the past two years, but recent data shows that there is still work to be done, with the European Commission warning Slovenia that it should pursue reforms to prop up growth.

The Slovenian economy expanded by 2.9% last year, but increased global risks have prompted the government's macroeconomic think-tank IMAD to lower its growth forecast for this year by 0.6 percentage points to 1.7%.

The Commission meanwhile forecast in February that Slovenia's GDP would expand by 1.8% this year and by 2.3% next year.
