The renovation was conducted in accordance with the professional guidelines of the renowned and several times awarded architect Dean Lah. He planed the renovation without rough interventions in the environment, yet the guideline of the connection and attachment to nature was in the forefront, which is reflecting as much in the choice of materials, as in the use of colors.

The modern design of the congress centre Olimia with about 1200  m2 of usable area, now offers five halls. Operable partitions enable a modular expansion or reduction of the congress area. This allows us to host up to 350 guests in the largest congress hall.
