Four months after seeking bankruptcy protection, the list of creditors and their claims was compiled by administrator Tadeja Tamše from registered demands worth EUR 11m.

Out of the EUR 8.1m in total accepted claims, EUR 2.1m includes priority claims and EUR 4.1m in secured claims. There is another EUR 1.7m in regular claims.

Assets of the company include nearly EUR 1.2m in stocks, a brand name valued at nearly EUR 400,000, machinery worth EUR 380,000, share interest of EUR 680,000, and real estate holdings of EUR 3.5m. However, only EUR 310,000 of the latter is not under mortgage.

The 113-year-old company folded in January after the state refused to provide yet more money to keep it afloat following a bailout five years ago.

A total of 156 workers were laid off at what had for decades been the dominant company in the town of Tržič (N), which had a centuries-long tradition of shoemaking.
