The venue on the confluence of the Soča and Tolminka rivers near Tolmin will see, among others, The Congos, Tarrus Riley, Assassinom aka Agent Sascom, Marcia Griffiths and Kabaka Pyramid.

Apart from renown reggae musicians, the festivals's three stages will also see 26 acts from Slovenia and other former Yugoslav republics, including Siti hlapci, Ziggi Mastah - Dubtafari Sound, The Wild Citizen and The Indicals.

In addition to musical performances and workshops, the festival will also feature the Overjam University, with conferences on the topics like women, healthy food, cannabis seeds and refugees and the Overjam 4 Kidz programme.

"One of the important messages brought by reggae as very strong music content-wise is that youth has to be educated and directed in the right way," the organisers have said.
