Most of the land in the park has already been sold due to competitive prices. There are only a few tens of thousands of square metres of land still available for purchase at a price starting at EUR 180 per 1 m2 + VAT. Investors can make arrangements with some Slovenian banks for favourable schemes for the financing of the land in the park over the desired period of time.

The General Manager of Komenda BP, Karmen Škufca, MSc., stresses: "In terms of architectonics and urbanisation, the Komenda Business Park is designed as a balanced integral unit. It will function as a business centre and, unlike other parks, we will see to its quality management and administration."

A series of additional support services will be available to the users in the park - from spatial, technological and communication services to security and maintenance services. The management will be based in the park and some available office premises in the facility will be offered for lease to interested parties. In addition to its own business premises, the management will construct a number of public facilities at the central location, meeting the needs of the employees in the park and supplying capacities for the local community. Plan are in place that foresee the establishment of congress and educational premises, as well as a number of facilities for service activities in catering, trade, banking, postal services, etc. Furthermore, some land in the park will be earmarked for recreational purposes.

The Komenda Business Park is only 14 km away from the capital. In its approximate vicinity are the Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport and the European Motorway Corridors 5 and 10, guaranteeing excellent accessibility to the park as well as efficient and rapid transport connections with other regions. The medium-term development plans for this park also envisage the construction of an international railway line.
