Brother and sister Sergio Tempo and Karin Lechner have won over audiences all over the world with their talent, passion and charisma. The inspiration to play and perform together came from within their family, as their parents played in a piano duo, while their mother played with the children from a very young age. Although they are both successful concert pianists, they are still incredibly popular as a duo, offering an eclectic repertoire ranging from Mozart to Bizet to Lutoslawksi and their fellow Argentinian Piazzolla. Among others, they have appeared at the Salzburg Festival, Verbier Festival and the Lugano festival, which takes place under the sponsorship of Martha Argerich.
