After partly successful negotiations between Government and Unions when became clear that minimal common sense prevailed after all, just few minutes before midnight oppostion party Positive Slovenija led by Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Janković with partial support of Social Democrats filed 30 signatures for referendum on a Bad bank Law and Sovereign Holding.

Now only the Constitutional Court has a power to stop the motions for referendum o a basis of potential "nonconstitutional consequences" of the referendums. Because of new political crisis is very likely that credit rating agencies will soon re-examine the Slovenia's rating. Negative response from EU is excpeted in few days.
