On the second day of the championships, Slovenia was represented in four other events. Damir Dugonjić finished in fifth place in 100 metres breaststroke, Anja Čarman was sixth in 100 meters backstroke, Peter Mankoč seventh in 100 metres butterfly and Tjaša Oder ninth in 800 metres freestyle.
