Maze, who now holds the women's record and only trails Austrian Herman Maier's 22 podium finishes from 2000, clocked in at 0.12 seconds behind Liechenstein's Tina Weirather to share second place with Julia Mancuso of the US.

Mancuso is also Maze's main rival in the World Cup super-g rankings, where Maze is 65 points ahead with two races two go.
