The land that formerly housed the headquarters and production facilities of Kolinska stretches over 50,662 sq. metres and can be used to build housing units, according to a call for bids published in the daily Delo on Thursday.

The sale includes two separate plots of adjacent land, but preference will be given to bidders who offer to buy both.
