The company has grown into a leading tire manufacturer in the region of SE Europe and has produced over 100 million car and truck tires under brands such as Goodyear, Dunlop, Sava, Fulda and Debica.

Last year was one of the most difficult years for the European tire industry, with the company's sales revenues down to EUR 207.6m from EUR 264.7m in 2011. Production contracted from 7.36 million tires in 2011 to 5.52 million in 2012.

The company's management said the company was stable and continues to invest into research and production capacities. Last year, investments topped EUR 15m.
