Pahor will also visit Slovenian troops deployed in the country as part of the international peacekeeping force (KFOR), the president's office announced on Thursday.

Pahor visited Prishtina in his capacity as prime minister in March 2010, while President Jahjaga made a visit to Slovenia on 25 July this year for a meeting of eight countries involved in the regional Brdo Process.

Kosovo Foreign Minister Enver Hoxhaj was in Slovenia in late June for talks with his Slovenian counterpart Karl Erjavec, a few days after Kosovo Security Force Minister Agim Ceku visited at the invitation of Minister Roman Jakič.
