"We don't claim ownership over this name nor activity, but we will in the future, as we have so far, avoid any kind of prestige issues related to this," Janša added.

Looking back at the previous decade when the SDS was in the "Coalition Slovenia" alliance with New Slovenia (NSi), which was recently renamed from New Slovenia - the Christian People's Party to New Slovenia - the Christian Democrats, Janša said that "both parties achieved the best results in that period".
