Half the recorded damage has been to forests and forest roads (EUR 214.3m). Damage to electricity infrastructure is estimated at EUR 80.5m, damage to the economy at EUR 42.7m, damage to rail infrastructure at EUR 40.9m and damage to waterways at EUR 26.8m.

Since the final figure exceeds 0.03% of planned budget revenue for this year, Slovenia qualifies for EU Solidarity Fund aid. An application will be submitted with the European Commission, the report says.
