The international conference on Hidden Champions organized by CEEMAN in cooperation with IEDC-Bled School of Management, WU Vienna Competence Center for Central and Eastern Europe and Institute for the Danube Region and Central Europe on 22 May 2014 in Vienna, was a successful interactive event, bringing together business leaders and entrepreneurs from CEE, researchers and management experts.

Following the success of the 2011 conference on hidden champions (HCs) - highly innovative and specialized small to medium size companies holding lead market positions in their fields internationally - participants to the conference discussed main insights from the recently published book Hidden Champions in CEE and Turkey; updates and developments by the leaders of selected hidden champion companies; and expert opinions on the trends and the potential of the CEE region. 

The next upcoming CEEMAN event is the 22nd CEEMAN Annual Conference "When, Why and How is Technology Reshaping Management Education?", organized in cooperation with ESSCA School of Management in Budapest, Hungary on 25-27 September 2014.
