EUR 116.5M in Claims Reported in Bankruptcy of Aha Mura
Receiver Stevo Radovanović has also conditionally admitted EUR 64.6m in claims to Aha Mura, which was sent to bankruptcy in May, while there is also EUR 20.1m in partly or fully contested claims.
Former Aha Mura co-owner Mojca Lukančič has reported a total of EUR 14.5m in claims in relation to loan guarantees, which have been conditionally admitted, according to the list published by the Agency for Public Legal Records (AJPES).
Other major claimants are the Tax Administration, which has reported almost EUR 3m in claims, and the Economy Ministry, which claims EUR 7m in relation to state subsidies. All their claims have been admitted.
The state-owned NLB bank has reported a total of EUR 5.8m in claims, a majority of which have been admitted. Also getting their claims confirmed are the Pension and Disability Insurance Institute (EUR 2m in priority claims) and the Health Insurance Institute (EUR 1.1m in priority claims).
Aha Mura workers claim a total of EUR 6.2m, of which EUR 5.3m is priority claims. When the bankruptcy was declared on 23 May, Aha Mura employed 1,138 workers, while its healthy core currently employs 462 people.
The healthy core is going on sale, with the starting price at the auction expected in mid-October set at EUR 4.6m.
