Prevc, who was merely a point behind the series leader after the first two events, landed jumps of 123 and 133 metres and slipped to third place in the series ranking, behind Kraft and his compatriot Michael Hayböck.

Going into the final event of the series in Bischofshofen on Tuesday, Kraft has 840.4 points, a 28-point gap on Hayböck and almost 34 points ahead of Prevc.

In the World Cup rankings everything is still open, as the difference between the points leader Hayböck and Prevc in fifth is just 55 points.
