Ljubljana – Slovenia reported 2,305 new cases of coronavirus for Wednesday, up by some 26% on the same day a week ago in what is the sixth consecutive day that has seen a week-on-week increase in infections. As a result the 7-day average of new daily cases rose by 66 to 1,857. The 14-day incidence rate per 100,000 people was still down, but only by three, standing at 1,168, shows data by the National Institute of Public Health.
