After hosting the Nordic Worlds in 2023, Planica will be the venue of the junior world championships between 5 and 11 January.

Competitors will vie for 22 sets of medals in cross-country, Nordic combined and ski jumping.

Slovenia is counting in particular on its young ski jumpers, many of whom have already competed along their older peers.

Nika Prevc, the 18-year-old who is already Slovenia's best women ski jumper of all time, will be in the spotlight after winning six World Cup events in the last two months.
