Ljubljana – After the Italian chocolate-maker Ferrero recalled several batches of its Kinder Surprise egg products after dozens of children across Europe fell ill with salmonella, a Slovenian distributor has recalled several batches of the Kinder Schoko Bons product as a preventive measure. The distributor, Atlantic Trade, recalled the 125 gramme Kinder Schoko Bons product was on suspicion of salmonella presence, although none of the Kinder products present on the Slovenian market has tested positive and no consumer complaints have been received.
