Ljubljana – A total of 6,012 people tested positive for coronavirus in Slovenia on Saturday in what is a record daily case count confirmed over the weekend since the start of the pandemic, show fresh official data. The latest Covid figures are quite an increase on Saturday a week ago, when more than 3,000 infections were logged. Hospitalisations stood at 549 this morning, up by 35 on the day before.
