Ljubljana – A total of 698 new coronavirus cases were recorded in Slovenia on Sunday in a 19% increase week-on-week, according to data by the National Institute of Public Health (NIJZ). Hospitalisations were also up, while nine Covid-19 patients died yesterday. According to the NIJZ, the 7-day average of new cases stood at 1,075, up 15 from the day before.
