Double victory for Prevc brothers in Engelberg

His younger brother Domen landed in second with 283.5 points gathered in 133.5 and 134 metres jumps.

The 16-year-old Domen Prevc managed to jump to his first career podium in the individual competition, while Peter further extended his lead in the overall World Cup standings over Germany's Severin Freund, who was eighth. Japanese veteran Noriaki Kasai came in third today.

"I jumped very well today. I hope it will last. And without a doubt I am excited that my younger brother Domen was on the podium too," Peter Prevc stressed after landing his eight World Cup victory and the second this season.

For Domen Prevc, Engelberg was only his fourth individual World Cup event, landing twice in eighth and once in 12th place before today. He was already second in the team event in Klingenthal in late November.
