More than a fifth of the surveyed employers (21.7%) think that the economic activity in the country will pick up in the first half of the next year.

The most sought-after professions will be welders, truck drivers, tool makers, cooks and machinists. Job opportunities are also expected in construction, hospitality and IT.

The most optimistic employers come from transport and logistics, information and communication technology and manufacturing.

The survey was carried out in October and November on a representative sample of employers with 10 or more staff.
