Landmark Ljubljana department store for sale

The shareholder agreement by insurers zavarovalnica Triglav, Adriatic Slovenica and Zavarovalna družba, and asset management firms KD Kapital and Triglav Skladi is valid for 12 months.

Nama posted sales of EUR 12.3m last year, down 1% over the year before, with net profit increasing seven-fold to EUR 0.18m.

In the first nine months of this year it posted a net loss of EUR 0.2m, mostly due to an extended closure of the main road through the city, which affected pedestrian traffic around its main department store.

The company is considered valuable mostly for its prized real estate in the centre of Ljubljana, which is home to its main department store. It has another outlet in Ljubljana and a department store in Škofja Loka.
