DARS signed the loan agreements with Abanka, SKB, Unicredit banka Slovenija and Banka Koper last week, the company said in a press release on Monday.

The loan agreements with Abanka and SKB are worth EUR 50m each. The crediting contract signed with Unicredit banka Slovenije and Banka Koper is worth EUR 99m with each bank providing half of the sum.

DARS's debt excluding interest amounted to EUR 2.5bn at the end of November, according to the release.
