The new season brings new slogan: Let us kick off in style, let us start with bubbles! One of the most beautiful places in Ljubljana - the Grand Union Hall - will once again bring together the best producers of sparkling wines, their superb products, selected culinary delights and numerous lovers of such wines. Especially for this occasion, chefs of the Grand Hotel Union will prepare selected culinary delights (subject to extra cost) to pair with sparkling wines. The stage of the Grand Union Hall will host musicians to create relaxed atmosphere during the Salon. After the Salon, the happening will take place in the hotel's Wine Library.

The event will live up to our mission; spreading and developing the culture of wine consumption through education. Therefore, at least two organized tasting sessions for visitors will be organized. Exhibitors offer wine samples for degustation and bottles for sale. Wine samples are free of charge for visitors with tickets. Wine bottles for off-premises consumption can be sold to visitors during the Salon. Exhibitors will receive guidelines for sale.

Ticket price: 12 eur presale (up to 15th February 2016), 15 eur on sale; 10 eur for students (limited quantity).

Price of the ticket includes: wine tasting is offered to the visitors free of charge, all further wishes (a bottle - to drink it on the spot or take it back home) are charged by winemaker. For additional fee visitors can also choose a culinary delights prepared by chefs of Grand hotel Union.
