Flisar excelled throughout the competition and beat Christopher Del Bosco of Canada, Christoph Wahrstötter of Austria and Bastien Midol of France in the final run.

Flisar, known for his handlebar moustache, last won a World Cup event in Telluride, US, in December 2012.

No other Slovenian competitor qualified for the finals today.
