By bagging his 16th victory, he broke the record of Primož Peterka, so far Slovenia's best ski jumper. Kranjec finished third today.

Prevc jumped 238.5 and 230 metres to score 457.6 points.

"I made fantastic jumps today. I didn't fly so perfectly yesterday... We're not used to more than three metres of wind in the back, but I stayed strong, pushed hard and again flew very well," Prevc said.

The second place went to Norwegian Johann Andre Forfang (439.4 points; 229 and 222 metres) and the third to Kranjec (429.5 points, 218.5 and 226.5 metres).

Jurij Tepeš was 12th, Anže Lanišek 21st and Jaka Hvala 29th.

This is the 62nd men's Ski Jumping World Cup victory for Slovenia, the 53rd in individual events.
