GURS's annual report shows that Italians accounted for the majority of the transactions (74), followed by Austrians (44), and Croatians (43).

Foreigners bought 134 houses, which accounts for 3.1% of all house purchases. Italians bought the most 35 houses, the British bought 16, and Austrians 15.

Foreign buyers accounted for 1.3% of apartment transactions, with 123 apartments purchased. Croatians came in first in this area (17), while Serbians and Macedonians shared second place (15 each).

Foreigners also accounted for 51 farmland purchases, with Italians buying the most (16), followed by Austrians (12).

There were 42 acquisitions of land for construction purposes. Buyers came mostly from Italy (12), Croatia (8), and Germany (7).
