Players will come to play on the oldest and largest golf course in Slovenia from countries all over the world, including Russia, New Zealand, South Africa, and Israel.

Organised by the Golf Association of Slovenia, the four-day match will feature two rounds for finalists on Sunday to determine the overall winner.

At the end of August, Slovenia will also host a European championship for seniors at the Diners golf course in the village of Smlednik in central Slovenia.
