The project is aimed at safeguarding digital materials, including audio and video materials, websites, spatial data and 3-D models.

The Slovenian Archives will give special attention to facilitating access and further use of archived materials to all future users, the government office said in a press release.

The e-ARH.si project, as part of which materials will be kept safe in line with long-term storage guidelines, is valued at EUR 4m, with the EU fund contributing 80%.
