Israeli chain seeking to buy four Ljubljana hotels

The company announced an exclusive agreement to buy four hotels with an aggregate 574 rooms. Fattah will conduct due diligence until 27 October, according to the news report.

Along with the Slovenia acquisition, the hospitality chain also announced a hotel purchase in Scotland, in what it said was in line with its strategic plan to expand its Leonardo brand in Europe.

ACH, which is in the midst of financial restructuring, owns the Grand Hotel Union Executive and Business, the Hotel Lev and the Central Hotel in Ljubljana.

Fattah Hotel Management owns, leases or manages 100 hotels with 17,000 rooms, 36 in Israel and 64 in Europe.
