The exhibition, dubbed Moscow in Photographs of Alexander Rodchenko, will open today, featuring 50 photographs of the Russian capital taken by the country's pioneer in photography in the first half of the 20th century.

Events such as a chess tournament in honour of grandmaster Anatoly Karpov, screenings of a Russian film for children and a figure skating performance by Russian skaters will fill Moscow Days, which will conclude with a concert on Friday night.

The concert in the Grand Hotel Union will see soprano Alina Jarovaja, accordionist Nikita Vlasov, pianist Varvara Kutuzova and violinist Rodion Petrov perform with the RTV Slovenija Symphony Orchestra that will be conducted by Tararin.
