This will complete Softnet's offering of telecommunication services, mainly targeting companies. So far, the company has been offering land-line telephone and data services.

According to CEO Andrej Boštjančič, Softnet is aware of the tough competition on the Slovenian mobile operators market and is counting on a 2-3% market share.

Softnet's advantages are high responsiveness, adapting to the needs of every individual company and being a one-stop shop, Boštjančič said at today's press conference in Ljubljana.

Softnet has been operating in Slovenia for 21 years and has so far expanded its own telecommunication network to the former Yugoslavian countries, while it is offering services at rented optical networks in Bulgaria and Romania.

It has several partners in western Europe and is expanding its network of services to China, Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines.

The company employs more than 50 people in 16 countries, including 18 in Slovenia.
