Nekategorizirano

The bad bank acquired the hotel complex and the apartment building after their operator Sport Centre Pohorje went bankrupt.

In the call for bids published on the BAMC website and the business daily Finance, the bad bank calls prospective buyers to express their interest by 3 March.

The real estate package features hotels Arena, Bolfenk and Videc and the Pohorske Terase building with 30 apartments. Also being sold is more than 35,000 square metres of land.

Interested buyers will be subsequently called to present binding bids by 31 March and will be able to inspect the real estate between 6 and 17 March. BAMC wants to finalise the sale by the middle of the year.

The Phorje hotels are currently being leased by the Terme Maribor spa, while the apartment building has been empty since it was built in 2010.

BAMC already offered the apartment building located by the ski slopes on Pohorje three years ago for EUR 1.8m.
