The Trio is composed of three brothers: Samir, Wissam and Adnan. Filled with magnificent improvisations, their repertoire is composed with great knowledge of the oud that holds such an outstanding importance in Palestinian culture. The Trio's story started with the eldest of the brothers, Samir, who performed solo a good decade ago at Cankarjev dom within the scope of the Druga Godba Festival. For the third album, Samir solicited help from his brothers and by 2007 the Trio had already asserted themselves internationally by performing in Carnegie Hall and at various festivals across the globe.
