Operating profit (EBIT) was up 16% to EUR 49.3m and return on profit before income tax, depreciation and amortisation rose 8% to EUR 75.8m.

The company handled 22 million tonnes of cargo, up 6% year-on-year as transshipment of all goods categories increased.

The port registered almost 845,000 container units (+7%), 749,000 vehicles (+23%) and 955,000 tonnes of general cargo (+27%).

Group investments amounted to EUR 61.8m, show unaudited results.

The headcount rose by 3% to 1,071 workers.
