OIB management board member Ali Ihsan Yesilova told Slovenian businessmen at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS) that there was still room to grow cooperation, even if the car industry accounted for EUR 732m of the EUR 1.2bn in bilateral trade last year.

Turkish Ambassador to Slovenia Esen Altug acknowledged that trade was growing but noted that the two countries were "far from having exhausted all the potentials".
