The claims of the core company Mercator, which was acquired by Agrokor in 2014, stand at more than EUR 8m.

Slovenian members of the Agrokor conglomerate and banks excluded, the biggest claimant from Slovenia is the food supplier Rastoder, which has reported EUR 5.2m in claims, according to the web portal Siol.net.

Baking group Don Don is claiming EUR 3m, of which almost EUR 1m is being claimed by the Slovenian core company. Poultry producer Perutnina Ptuj also claims some EUR 1m.

Other major claimants are the Zagreb subsidiary of fuel retailer Petrol (EUR 850,000), meat producer Celjske mesnine (EUR 640,000), the Zagreb subsidiary of household appliances maker Gorenje (EUR 500,000) and tissue maker Paloma (EUR 460,000).

Ante Ramljak, the crisis manager in Agrokor appointed by the Croatian government, recognised a total of EUR 5.5bn in claims to the conglomerate, while disputing some EUR 2.2bn in claims.

While admitting the claims of most Slovenian claimants, Agrokor's crisis management disputed the claims of the Ljubljana branch of Sberbank, with the parent group reporting EUR 1.1bn in claims, and Unicredit Leasing, which reported EUR 3.3m in claims.
