HETA Asset Resolution d.o.o. and Ernst & Young Svetovanje, d.o.o. ("EY") are presenting an attractive investment opportunity to acquire 6 Commercial Real Estate Assets located in 4 cities across Slovenia.

 

The selling process encompasses:

 

• two fully occupied buildings, total net leasable area 7,850 m²;
• three buildings with substantial potential to further develop tenant base, total net area 22,850 m² and
• one construction development project, total net area 13,350 m²,initially intended as a private health care facility.

 

The process envisages individual sales of all the subject real estate assets; however, the seller is prepared to consider portfolio or asset bundle offers.
