Melanie Seier Larsen, the first BCG partner in Slovenia and the only female partner from Central Europe

Melanie Seier Larsen (39) joined BCG's Budapest office which is affiliated with the firm's German/Austrian region, in 2104. A native of Slovenia, she is an expert in Human Resources and Consumer Goods. Seier Larsen advised that "as a new BCG Partner, my goal will be to further deepen our expertise in consumer goods in close cooperation with our clients in Eastern Europe". Prior to joining BCG, she worked for 10 years as a Consumer Goods and HR expert at a consulting company in Central and Eastern Europe, after two years in fashion. She has a master's degree and a MBA from the IEDC Bled School of Management in Slovenia.
