With economic growth highly dependent on the quantity and quality of labour, The Slovenia Times wants to encourage the flow of talented people into Slovenia and support the business community in their search for the best people to build and grow their businesses. We will soon be launching the Job's Board, a new platform on our website (www.sloveniatimes.com) where organisations based in Slovenia can post information in their search for international candidates. This initiative is part of our endeavour to develop a dialogue that addresses the challenges faced by Slovenian companies wanting to hire or attract employees from abroad. Marko Mlakar, Director and Partner at Amrop Adria, highlights that it is not only companies but also countries that are competing for talented employees, and despite Slovenia being attractive for living, it is not as attractive for high performing individuals who are seeking high calibre business challenges.
