Intus Invest purchased 17,048 shares at EUR 26 apiece, according to a release in today's Delo.

The spa management said last month that the takeover bid was "in the interest of the target company, because the takeover creates the financial foundations for business operation in line with the company's strategy and potential for development".

According to the investor's prospectus, no changes to the employment policy or the company's location are planed.

Intus Invest is owned by Peter Krivc and Axor Holding, the hotel arm of the former ACH holding, each holding 50%. Intus Invest is represented by Krivc, the executive director of Axor Holding and a member of the board of the Topolščica spa.

Axor Holding emerged from the separation of hotel properties from ACH, including major Ljubljana hotels Grand Hotel Union, Hotel Lev and Central Hotel.
