The banks NLB, Abanka, Addiko bank, NKBM and SID have approved the loan to the companies Interblock and Interblock USA to enable it to further develop and expand operations on foreign markets, said NLB, the organiser and agent of the loan.

The bank noted that Interblock was active on all continents and exported practically 100% of its products. It continues to grow and increases its revenue all over the world - in Europe, North and South America, Asia and Australia.

"The new syndicated loan is intended for new investments and refinancing of the existing liabilities," the bank said, adding that Interblock would be able to focus on development of advanced products and services.

Interblock founder Joc Pečečnik said, as quoted by NLB, that the group was in an "intensive period of growth and constant innovation and introduction of new products and solutions to the market".

Pečečnik added that the financing package would enable Interblock and, indirectly, a series of Slovenian suppliers which the company cooperates with, to grow and generate good results.
