Sellers from Sicily, the most southern region of Italy, will cheer up visitors with cannoli and other traditional desserts and sweets. Sellers coming from Tuscany will present their cheeses, from goat, sheep and cow milk, beer and wine, wild boar salami and olive oil. Also available will be the produce from Emilia Romagna, well known for its parmigiano and mortadella, and dry-cured meats - especially prosciutto from Umbria.
