The projects planned in the Slovenian capital will be presented under the slogan Slovenia. Green. Creative. Smart, also presenting the country as a suitable destination for foreign direct investments.

Among the featured projects will be the planned new railway terminal in the city centre, retailer Mercator's new logistics and distribution centre and the planned science centre in southern Ljubljana, SPIRIT has announced.

Investors at one of the leading property fairs in the world will also have the opportunity to see projects by the Bank Asset Management Company, the municipality of Ajdovščina and the Ljubljana airport operator Fraport.

"The fair is an excellent opportunity to get acquainted with the current trends, review the featured projects and talk with investors and advisers in the field of investments," the agency added.

According to SPIRIT, Slovenia's exhibition area was one of the most visited at last year's MIPIM, with logistics and tourism infrastructure companies showing the greatest interest.

Featuring more than 100 seminars, conferences and other events, this year's fair will bring together more than 3,350 exhibitors from 100 countries, and is expected to attract at least 26,000 visitors and at least 5,400 investors.
