Slovene Enterprise Fund incentives for SMEs boosted by 39%

The fund will thus back 2,000 companies with 2,509 incentives in the total amount of EUR 127 million, which compares to 1,049 incentives worth EUR 97.3 million last year, shows the changed financial planned published on the government's website.

The fund is introducing a new line of micro credits for micro and small companies in cooperation with the Fund of Funds, special incentives for the digital transformation of SMEs and seed capital in cooperation with the Fund of Funds.

Also planned are changes to existing products, which will increase guarantee quotas for the insuring of bank credit, modify microcredit rules for companies in problem areas and increase incentives for development in the field of semi-finished wood products.

Moreover, changes to the financial plan include additional activities for funding in the field of strategic partnerships, assistance to companies in their internalisation and additional hiring to cover the new products and confirmed projects.
