Ljubljana vegan restaurant ranks 25th in Europe


The portal praises Kucha for using locally-sourced ingredients to make vegan cheese, sandwiches and vegetable dishes. The list highlighted the restaurant's mushroom stew with white wine and thyme as well as its chickpea-ricotta pizza, calling Kucha "a little gem in the heart of Ljubljana".

The listed best restaurants were chosen in an online poll as well as by a panel of food experts, with online reviews, previous media coverage and notable blogs also being included in the overall rating.
