She has been at the helm of the agency since February when the government dismissed Gorazd Mihelič at his request. According to unofficial sources, the Economy Ministry had not been satisfied with his performance.

Before taking over at SPIRIT, Cuderman had worked at energy company Petrol and sales consulting group Mercuri International.

Established in 2013, SPIRIT Slovenia provides support to Slovenia's economy by encouraging entrepreneurship, innovation, technological development, internationalisation as well as foreign investment.
